As many of Marina Rinaldi items come directly from Italy, most orders ship between 3-6 business days from the order date. Packages are only delivered Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Due to the time difference between the United States and Italy, delivery times begin one business day after the order is received. Delivery may take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures. For this reason, Marina Rinaldi does not offer expedited shipping at this time. Delivery is always free.
As items in your order ship, you will receive emails with tracking information and any updates regarding the status of your order. If you are a registered user, you can follow your order directly from the "My Orders" section.
The courier will leave a note with their contact details. Contact UPS to find out if a further attempt at delivery will be made or if the order will be deposited at a collection point (access point). If you do not contact UPS or do not collect the order from the collection point within the time allotted on the note, the package will be sent back to our warehouse, and you will be contacted by our customer services department regarding your refund.
We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, USA.
Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, Freight Forwarding companies, or any address outside of Canada. Marina Rinaldi will only deliver your package to the address provided when your order was placed. We are unable to re-route any packages.
A signature is required for all orders over $700USD. Should you choose to waive the signature electronically through a My Choice UPS account, you will be solely responsible for any loss or damage once the package has been released at the delivery address, per the UPS My Choice Terms and Conditions.
All orders ship via UPS.
All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
